Satsang is a heart to heart communion with either a spiritual teacher, or our own inner source of silence and truth; they are similar, as one of the main purposes of a spiritual teacher is to help us tune into our inner truth. Satsang consists of one hour of sitting, with sections of silence highlighted by live music designed to allow the silence to go deeper. It also includes sections of humming, and an audio quotes from a spiritual teacher such as Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, or Osho. Or, sometimes a Zen story is read out.
The music is created live by Jamie and Arpita, who have many years experience in spiritual community supporting meditation through music. Often guest musicians are playing also.
